What is the Dromtrasna Challenge:
The 10th Annual DROMTRASNA CHALLENGE will take place on
Saturday 19th October, starting at Dromtrasna National School, Abbeyfeale.
The Dromtrasna Challenge offers a unique opportunity to all members of the community to get involved through our 2K Kids Run, 4K Walk, 5K and 10K Run. We are delighted to announce a new route for the 10K event this year. Both our 5K and 10K Runs will be chip timed.
Trophies will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female in both the 5K and 10K runs. Dromtrasna Challenge perpetual cups will be presented to the first male and first female in the 10K Run. We will have finisher medals for participants in all events.
Registration details must be submitted for each entry to ensure that chip information is available with accurate times for both the 5k and 10k events.
